Parents should strive towards educating themselves about the risks involved so that they can better recognize signs of potential tech addictions in their kids before it becomes too late. Additionally, open dialogue within families regarding responsible usage habits is important as it allows everyone involved to understand each other’s viewpoints thus creating an environment where healthy boundaries around device usage can be established without feeling restricted by one another's rules. Finally, facilitating activities such as sports, arts or outdoor excursions will help encourage physical activity and socialization away from screens that will ultimately benefit both mental health wellbeing and overall development of our children going forward into adulthood!
